Guidelines

Marshmallo was created to enable people to safely form new relationships online. We take safety seriously, and the purpose of these Guidelines is to make sure every member has a safe and pleasant experience on Marshmallo. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in a temporary suspension or permanent ban from Marshmallo. We treat everybody equally when it comes to enforcing these Guidelines. Please think before you message anybody, and if you think a message could possibly be interpreted the wrong way, don't send it.

Treat everybody with respect

Members of Marshmallo are representative of people around the country and world which means they are diverse. Please be respectful of people’s different beliefs and interests. We are strongly opposed to rudeness, aggressive behavior, hate speech, bullying, racism and misogyny. Your behavior online should mirror the way you act in real life. Please report any violations of these behavioral guidelines. We take those reports seriously because we want every member to have a good experience. There is a reason why we list this rule first: because it is the most important. We expect all members to treat each other and the Marshmallo staff with respect.
